Flea Fix is now sold under the brand name of IG Regulator. The brand name does not matter. Your main concern is to use a product containing the correct amount of Nylar.

Indoor and outdoor IGR which inhibits the life cycle of fleas and roaches. Can be used alone (for long term prevention of a flea or roach infestation) or in conjunction with a pesticide. Nylar (the active ingredient in Flea Fix) is a revolutionary new IGR that has two advantages over its predecessor (Precor): Nylar can be used outdoors and it also works on roaches!
One ounce of Flea Fix will treat up to 1500 sq. ft. when treating for fleas. For control of severe roach populations, two ounces Flea Fix is suggested per gallon of water. Tip: Field studies have shown that using Flea Fix increases the appetite of roaches - thus driving them to "pig-out" on superior roach baits such as Maxforce Gel. Use Flea Fix three times each year to prevent flea and roach infestations.
