Moth Trap - This trap uses the technology of powerful and natural sex attractants to lure certain moths to their doom.  The moth trap attracts and captures adult flour moths (Indian meal moth, Mediterranean flour moth, almond moth and raisin moth) by using the same chemical pheromone that female moths use to attract male moths for mating!  Male moths are drawn by the scent and caught on the capture pad.  Removing male moths prevents mating and egg laying, which in turn stops the cycle of the pest.  Simply place the traps in areas where moths have been seen.  Replace every 3 months or when trap is filled with insects.  An excellent preventative measure for anyone that stores any quantity of bird feed, pet foods or any grains!  Each package contains 2 ready to use moth traps.

Orthoboric acid 5.0 %): Weather resistant bait for the control of ants, cockroaches, crickets, mole crickets, and silverfish for both interior and exterior use, for use in and around Homes, Apartments, Garages, Public and Private Institutions, Schools, Hotels, Hospitals, Warehouses, Supermarkets, Restaurants, and Food Processing Plants.  Apply at a  rate of 4 pounds per 1000 square feet (6 ounces per 100 square feet) of  surface area. Permethrin For Termite Treatment:  Permethrin is available in different sizes and concentrations.  In general, the weaker the formulation, the less time it will remain active in the soil. Be sure to treat the entire home for best results unless you are sure there is only a small area which needs to be treated.
Consumer Grade Permethrin: (least concentrated and has odor during application) Quart is $34.59 (plus S&H,); mixes with 6 gallons of water, will last 1-2 years, treats 15 linear feet.

Permethrin Pro (a.i. Permethrin  36.8%):  [Same a.i. as Dragnet] This odorless insecticide is a favorite with professionals and homeowners for general purpose pest control as well as termite control.  When used as directed, Permethrin is a very safe product; labeled for use indoors on carpets, outdoors on turf and ornamentals; one of the best termiticides available.  The high concentration means very little product is used per application.  For fleas, roaches, ticks, ants and other indoor pests, only 1 to 1.6 ounces of Permethrin is needed per gallon.  Do not treat animals with this product; if you wish to treat dogs, horses or other livestock with Permethrin, you must use Permethrin-10 concentrate.   When treating outdoors for fleas, ticks, ants, molecrickets, chinch bugs and other insects, 1 ounce of Permethrin will cover 1000 square feet of lawn.  Works great in combination with IGRs such as Flea Fix.  Most homeowners need the quart size, unless they are treating their home for termites.

Permethrin - 10 (a.i. Permethrin 10.0 %): Multi-use insecticide for indoors, outdoors, on animals and animal premises.  Kills fleas, ticks, ants and other insects.  Labeled for indoor flea control.  Very popular with veterinarians for its ability to control biting flies on horses, dogs and livestock.  Do not apply to cats.  As safe as this product is for most mammals, it is not to be used as a spray, dip or rinse for cats, and should only be applied to animals listed on label.  When sprayed on carpets and furniture, allow treated areas to dry before allowing people and pets to re-enter treated areas.   Always read and follow label directions.

Precor (a.i. Methoprene 1.0 %): Odorless IGR concentrate which keeps immature fleas from growing into reproducing adults - thus breaking their life cycle.  Used alone, Precor will prevent indoor flea infestations for three months or more.  Precor also provides excellent control of cigarette beetle populations.  Approved for tank mixing with pesticides for existing infestations.  One ounce of Precor concentrate is mixed in one gallon of water and sprayed on baseboards, furniture, carpet, tile and other flooring and is "water safe" for fabrics.  Formulated to use alone or to be tank mixed with a pesticide labeled for indoor flea control.

Precor 2000 (a.i. Methoprene .09 %, Permethrin .50 %):  Extremely low odor aerosol used to control fleas in homes,  kennels, garages or where pets frequent.    Contains an IGR and an insecticide for eliminating and controlling fleas.  Precor 2000 has the droplet size preferred by professionals for spraying hardwood floors, tile, concrete and other non-carpeted surfaces.  A favorite with pet grooming parlors and pet boarding kennels.

Talstar   (a.i. Bifenthrin) Talstar is a synthetic pyrethroid that is available in both granular and liquid concentrate forms. When used as directed by the label, it is very safe towards non-target animals, birds, reptiles, mammals. Talstar lasts much longer than organophosphate pesticides such as Dursban, Diazinon, Malathion, Acephate. We have had many reported cases of Talstar controlling molecrickets for up to two months, chinch bugs, ants,  fire ants for three months! Only 1 or 2 applications are needed each year for mole crickets. No special site preparation is needed when treating for mole crickets with Talstar.
